Bought the Tek R carbon wrap to wrap my hood on my 2000 Toyota Crown to protect from rock chips and for some style points. My order arrived very quickly (within the week of purchase) and had no damage etc.
As for the product it looks absolutely stunning. The depth in the carbon weave is unlike any other wrap I’ve seen. This was my first attempt at wrapping and aside from some mistakes I made cutting on some edges, the wrap itself was very easy and forgivable.
Will be doing my roof next with the same product!

Really wish you packaged on 3 inch rolls. Vinyl has a tendency to tunnel when rolled up so tight then unrolled.

Really love the look the application was super easy compared to my gt3 matte purple (I'm still a beginner) but I will show it of for sure. After the finished result I instantly ordered another roll for my trunk. Awesome product !!

Fairly easy to install, the air release is amazing making it easy to squeegie. The corners take a bit of experience to do them correctly. All in all, the carbon fiber design is ultra-realistic and this is our brand/model of choice at Certified Wraps.

This carbon fibre wrap is really nice it has a really clean gloss black look but when you look at it at an angle it has a silver carbon fibre look blends really well but still stands out definitely recommend

Picked up a front splitter but wanted a carbon fiber one, so next best option was to try to wrap it. Watching a couple ckwraps videos really help and I will be ordering more, tech art black carbon fiber

Nice touch to my 2011 BMW 135i rear diffuser. The product has a good thickness and finish. The only downside is that it’s hard to work on « spherical » forms without having some kind of fold at some point. Great product overall.

This is one of the nicest carbon fibre films I have worked with. The gloss finish is spot on when applied correctly. It is quite thick material, making it very durable, but also a bit more difficult to stretch than say a plain colour. Overall great product.

I'll start by stating that my vinyl order arrived in a timely manner but I was not very impressed with the external packaging. The ends of the shipping roll were only taped and not sealed with the typical plastic plugs that one would expect.
After removing the tape from the shipping roll end I had a difficult time extracting the roll of vinyl from the tube due to the fact that the vinyl roll had not been securely taped at the cut off therefor the vinyl had cleaved itself to the inside of the tube and would not release without having to violently thrust the tube in a downward motion.
On top of that there was no protective top film on the vinyl and I noticed lots of minute scratches on the vinyl itself. Perhaps better storage, handling and shipping practices would have eliminated that. Yes, I'm aware that heat will remove those fine scratches and that exposure to the sun over a period of time will also greatly diminish those anomalies.
All in all, the vinyl is was it's stated to be but the conditions I experienced were not satisfactory to me.

Have done several roof and hood wraps with Tech Art Gloss Black Carbon Fibre. When in stock it is great, I enjoy working with it. Please keep plenty of stock. Also bring back Radioactive Lime Green. Have a few customers in Australia wanting me to wrap their cars in Radioactive Lime Green.

To whom this concerns. The product I ordered looked great but the material rips easy/burns. I wrapped 8 mirrors before and never had a problem with 3m or Avery and bought your product based off of a youtube video. On your how to videos, the guy installing the same wrap I ordered said to heat the material to 90 degrees Celsius. By following the video provided it made me waste all the material I bought going off from how he said to install it. There is nothing worse then feeling that I made the wrong decision on product. Maybe the product works but that guy on the video really doesn't know what he is doing. Even he made a mistake by over stretching and warping the carbon fiber pattern. We need to come up with a solution on how to fix this issue.

Aot of brands make a pretty good gloss carbon fiber but nothing so far looks as nice and realistic as Vvivid gloss tech art my customers love it

Ordered the tech art gloss carbon and got it in the mail super fast (in 2 business days). This is my first time every purchasing a vinyl wrap or trying to wrap an item so I don't have any real comparisons. However my first impressions were that the carbon looked great and probably as realistic as it can get. However, trying to apply the vinyl was a mess for me. I don't think I can blame the product but rather my lack of skill. I ended up ripping it all off because I couldn't get the corners properly. I was told also that the adhesive on the wrap would be really sticky and remain sticky but as I kept peeling it on and off, the wrap lost a lot of it's adhesive. Once again, might not be the product's fault but rather my lack of skill. One thing that scared me was while applying the vinyl was that I had made a few scratches with my fingernail while pressing down on the film. It turns out there is a protective sheet ontop of the vinyl which needs to be taken off after. Overall, I'm happy with the look of the carbon and would still recommend it as I stretched it a lot and it never lost its shape.

The film is very thick which can be a good and a bad thing depending how you look at it. You can glass out the entire panel and then squeegee the air out just make sure the temperature isn't too hot or too cold. The finish has a wet gloss look which looks great!

Beautiful deep gloss with the protective application film on top. Once installed the protectant film is easily removed and reveals the scratch free gloss I'm looking for.
